Very often we receive questions from customers whether our emulators will turn off or remove the SRS/Airbag warning that appeared in their car. The SRS stands for the Supplementary Restraint System which is responsible for proper functioning of all airbags and many safety related sensors mounted in the various areas of the car.

The SRS/Airbag warning can be activated by many sensors, so it cannot be 100% determined whether the emulator will solve the problem without conducting diagnostics. It's important to connect an ODB diagnostic tool to the car and read the fault codes and their descriptions that appear on the screen of the diagnostic tool. Only with that information we are able to tell which sensor is not working properly, what is the problem, and tell you  whether our emulator will fix the problem and turn off the SRS / Airbag warning. Our seat mat emulators turn off the warning light only if it is turned on by a defective seat mat sensor.

So before you purchase an emulator, please connect the diagnostic tool, take a photo of the fault codes and send the photo to us. We will verify if we have a device that solves the problem.
