1. Installation instruction

1. Turn off the engine and remove the key from the ignition.

2. Find the seat belt pretensioner plug (connector) under the passenger seat. Below you will find a photo with a location of the plug in your car.

3. Disconnect the plug and connect it with the emulator's plug.

4. Connect the OBD diagnostic tool (like Autel, Foxwell, iCarsoft, etc.) and reset the old fault codes of a defective seat belt pretensioner. Then scan the new fault codes to check if the fault code of the defective seat belt pretensioner disappeared.

2. Click on the car model to read how to connect the emulator in your car:

• Mercedes-Benz EQV W447 (2017-now) - cars equipped with a double passenger seat

• Mercedes-Benz Viano W639 (2003-2014) - cars equipped with a double passenger seat

• Mercedes-Benz Vito W639 (2003-2014) - cars equipped with a double passenger seat

• Mercedes-Benz Vito/eVito W447 (2014-now) - cars equipped with a double passenger seat

• Mercedes-Benz V-Class W447 (2014-now) - cars equipped with a double passenger seat


Location of the plug in these cars:

• Mercedes-Benz Vito W639 (2003-2014)
• Mercedes-Benz Viano W639 (2003-2014)

Take a look under the passenger seat and locate a yellow plug with two wires (colors: white-green and purple-blue) that we have shown on the photo below. Connect the emulator with that plug.

• Mercedes-Benz Vito/eVito W447 (2014-now)
• Mercedes-Benz V-Class W447 (2014-now)

Take a look under the passenger seat and locate a yellow plug with two wires (colors: purple-white and purple-blue). Connect the emulator with that plug.
